Introducing The 'Gaia'

Most westerners are hypnotized by the superstition: "I need money to live."

This obvious fiction ruins many people's lives, yet the belief is a key element in the Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (index.php?p=s-h-i-t) given out by modern culture.

The way out of the money gameworld is not to fight against it, but rather to replace the value of money in your personal life with values that are more closely connected to your true nature, and then to actually create those values.

Then you represent true value rather than selling your soul to deal in the false value of money.

A TRUE VALUE CURRENCY CALLED 'THE GAIA'

The 'Gaia' is an Archearchal Currency. One 'Gaia' represents the value of planting one tree that lives. Gaias have no value themselves, and have no exchange rate to any other currency. Value originates in Being.

How to use the Gaia?

Write it into the Codex from your ecovillage or nanonation gameworld that your currency is the Gaia, and that the Gaia has no exchange rate with any other currency.

Gaias cannot be printed out like Dollars, Yuan, Yen, Rubles, Pesos, or Rupiahs.

Gaias cannot be stored in banking computers.

You cannot buy things online with Gaias. The exchange of value with Gaias is actual, not representative, not theoretical. Gaias are not a medium of exchange.

Gaias allow for the valuation of value without permitting a medium of exchange to exist as a thing that can be valued.

Gaias, themselves, have no value.

Gaias represent a certain amount of value.

Where does value come from? It comes from the one who values.

Nature creates value that men in the patriarchy have been secretly stealing and churning into illusionary Dollars which they hoard away out of fear. That game is over.

The worth of something depends on the valuer, the one who values.

It has always been this way with money, but money has been made to misbehave by men.

Money itself has been given value in patriarchal gameworlds. When money is perceived as valuable people can hoard it. People will kill for money. People will die for money. People attach their identity to how much money they have. People spend their lives gambling with money thinking that they are 'making more money' when in fact they are making nothing. They are wasting their lives and contributing nothing to their village.

Money is no longer valid in next culture, in archearchy, the culture that is rapidly emerging around the world after matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.

In next culture, money has been replaced by Gaias, a natural value currency.

Understanding the Gaia is like understanding the difference between weight and mass.

Weight is measured, for example, in Pounds.

Mass is measured, for example, in Kilograms.

Anywhere you go in the universe a Kilogram of any substance has the same amount of mass. But the weight of that mass changes depending on the local Gravitational Field Constant that is pulling on it.

Specifically, if you put 27.2155 Kilograms on a scale that weighs it in Pounds on Earth it will weigh 60 Pounds.

If you take these 27.2155 Kilograms to the moon it will still be 27.2155 Kilograms in mass, but it will weigh only 10 Pounds - one sixth as much - because the pull of gravity on the moon is one sixth the pull of gravity on the Earth.

Ordinary currencies are like the mass in Kilograms. They can be converted through exchange rates from one currency to the next.

Gaias cannot be converted to any other currency because there is no exchange rate. Gaias are like weight in Pounds, the value of which changes on the circumstances and the negotiations that are worked out between people.

This is why there can be no exchange rate for natural value. Gaias are relational.

With traditional western currencies, nature has no value until money changes hands. A tree is worthless until it is cut down, sawed into boards, and sold to customers at the lumber yard.

The more manufactured nature gets, the more worth it has in the currencies that are killing planet Earth and her delicately complex ecosystems.

When using Gaias, nature has tremendous value before any human being does anything. Nature is valued from being alive, one tree at a time, because nature planted it a long time ago and nurtured its health until now. The tree has value for being a tree.

When you understand how Gaias work you become part of the value exchange chain, creating and receiving value. Each value you create and each value you receive can be negotiated according to its worth compared to sprouting, planting, and caring for a one-year-old living tree.

There Is Always A Price To Be Paid

We treat anything we did not pay for with money as if we stole it, in other words, recklessly, without respect. Unless money changes hands we treat things as if they have no value. There is always a price to be paid. There is no surplus in nature. Once I asked a tree, "If I use toilet paper, am I as culpable for deforestation as the CEO of Weyerhaeuser?" After a stock market adjustment, billionaires give less to charity. They still have more money than they can count, but they’re not as rich as they used to be, and 'not-as-rich' is easy to interpret as 'not rich'.

Which means that for many people, feeling rich is a choice.

If that choice encourages us to be imperious, selfish and a bully, it’s probably best to avoid it.

On the other hand, if choosing to see our choices, chances and privileges as a path toward generosity, long-term thinking and connection, we can feel rich right now."
