Possibilitators come together in Team meetings.
Possibilitator Training includes learning about things no one ever told us was possible to learn about.
These discoveries undermine the hopelessness of modern education's Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.) and replaces it with Mage skills.

HIERARCHY AND MANIPULATION
Many modern culture citizens have been subjected to unspeakable abuse by organizations, governmental departments, and public institutions. Yet because we were sent to public school, we were trained that such treatment is ordinary and not objectionable.
In Possibilitator Training you gain the power to object. (Although remember Rule #3 which is: Don't get arrested.)
You activate your Purpose Sniffer so that you have the Clarity to Experientially detect Purpose. From detecting Purpose you can tell what is manipulation (a Shadow Principle) and what is an invitation to a Transformational Doorway.
You gain your Center, your Feelings, your Voice, your Authority, your Gremlin, your 13 Tools, and your ability to make both Linear Proposals and Transformational Proposals. These and other skills remove you from any necessity to participate in any hierarchy at any level ever again in your life.

EMOTIONAL REACTIVITY
Section about making any decisions from the place of an emotional reactivity in one or more people in the room. Or even having that as a basis for the conversation.
