S.P.A.R.K.s are clear and inspiring invitations to transform your thinking.

SPARK-ling Clarity

S.P.A.R.K.s are maps for new ways of thinking about things that you may never have considered thinking differently about before.

Each new Distinction gives you a chance to Experiment with changing your mind.

Changing your mind opens Doorways to creative new freedom of movement in your daily life.

Riding the Roller Coaster

The process of changing your mind may sometimes feel like riding a roller coaster while old ideas in your mind reorder themselves around your new Distinctions.

Don't worry. The ride soon comes to an end.

Then you step out into a new world more able to create what you want to create and be the kind of person you want to be.

Leaving Kansas

Kansas is flat. I know. I was born there.

S.P.A.R.K.s do not come from Kansas.

S.P.A.R.K.s come from the Muse, from the Bright Principles of Clarity, Possibility, and Love.

Reading S.P.A.R.K.s can suggest to you that something other than Kansas exists...

however, it is important to acknowledge that you will only get out of Kansas by actually doing the Experiments, not just thinking about doing them.

Understanding Your Understanding

Distinctions dive deeper than your mind.

The inner Ah-hah! experience of getting a new Distinction is the moment the distinction lands in your energetic body and changes the shape of who you are.

Detecting things you never perceived before can be ecstatic!

You may also feel scared about seeing what you did not see before, or frustrated about how long you held onto a defended position, or sad to grieve the loss of your previous worldview.

But the universe quickly conforms to your new shape, and suddenly your circumstances change.

Voila! Your life has new Possibilities!
