Our StoryThe purpose of this website is to celebrate the amazing success of the Gaian Road Team, and to share the wealth of Nonmaterial Value we co-created while journeying together around the world for nine months from 2012 to 2013.

Central to finding Treasures was our ongoing Edgeworker Interviews which we made everywhere we traveled. We now share these interviews with you as an abundance of heart-flowing creative resources.

We hope you benefit from the natural connections we discovered as much as we enjoyed discovering them during the Gaian Road Team.

Gaian Road Team PurposeThe Gaian Road Team was an open ended Quest to weave critical connections between communities of practice to strengthen the system of influence for the emergence of next culture - Archiarchy - the culture that naturally appears as you extract yourself from patriarchy in the same way a teenager extracts himself from his parents' house to grow up.

Archiarchy is centered around ongoing authentic Adulthood Initiatory Processes. It thrives on Nonlinear and Unreasonable creative collaboration between initiated adult women and initiated adult men.

The Gaian Road Team served as a Seed crystal of Archiarchy, catalyzing change in the human ethnosphere. Archiarchy already exists. More and more Bridges are being established over which you, yourself, can take the four steps to Archiarchy.

Prelude On 17 September 2012, three Possibilitators from Germany hit the road for an extended experiment in radical collaboration with Gaia, the consciousness field of Earth. Our commitment was to serve as a free-agent team directed by the cultural-evolution wishes of Gaia.

The idea is that by getting outside of our birth cultures and intentionally holding a space of Archiarchy - the radically collaborative culture of initiated adult women and initiated adult men - there will already exist a seed crystal for global culture shift.

We received massive confirmation that our experiment was wanted and needed; connections and coincidences opened unexpected doors of further radical collaboration. New distinctions emerged daily and we recorded them as fast as possible.

Our experiments included building community through what Robert Wolff - author of Original Wisdom - refers to as 'sharing and caring'.

Our intention was to function, minute-by-minute, together in the culture evolving out of the ashes of the modern capitalist patriarchal empire. We have come to call this next culture 'Archiarchy'.

To explain: what naturally emerges after the baby-level-responsibility of matriarchal cultures, and adolescent-level-responsibility of patriarchal cultures, is adult and radical-level-responsibility Archiarchal cultures.

Since Archiarchy is the creative collaboration of initiated adult women and men, it has come to be that ongoing authentic initiatory process is the central value of Archiarchy. Fortunately Possibility Management has been developing Archiarchal thoughtware upgrades and initiatory processes since 1975, and makes them available through the Possibility Managers.

Our group's Archiarchal field emerged through radical 5-body sharing and caring (physical, intellectual, emotional, energetic, and archetypal). (For more about Feeling and Relating in Archiarchy, please refer to the book Conscious Feelings by Clinton Callahan)

We also began with the Purpose of delivering an invitation to certain countries to join the Gaian League (such as New Zealand, Ecuador, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Mauritius, Fiji, Iceland, etc.) as described in Ross Jackson's book Occupy World Street.

What emerged out of these unreasonable commitments is an amazing Treasure which we joyously share with you here.

Gaian Edgeworkers

As our tiny Gaian Road Team tuned in and listened to instructions from Gaia, each impulse led us to make inexplicably coincidental meetings with the Edgeworkers, Social Alchemists, Riftwalkers, Bridge Builders, and Possibilitators who are inventing and inhabiting next culture - Archiarchy.

These remarkable beings commit to themselves, as much as to the novel outcomes they are creating. They trust discoveries from their own research and freely share everything they have learned for the benefit of all.

We are so happy to finally be able to share these intimate conversations with so many radiant Beings from our Gaian Road Team Interviews around the world.
