The purpose of Possibilitator Training is to heal and empower each other enough to build out and occupy the infrastructure of next culture - archiarchy - the regenerative cultures that are emerging now that matriarchy and patriarchy have run their course.

This Path is rich with challenges, deep dives into yourself, authentic connections with highly motivated Team players, learning so many things you never knew you did not know about.

You will be Upgrading Human Thoughtware starting with your own, delivering Processes for others both on this Path and in life, and building bridges to archiarchy - 'next culture' - by bringing to life your own Gaian Gameworlds.

What does it cost? It costs nothing. And... it costs everything.Joining the global community of Possibilitators-in-Training does not cost any money.

There are no monthly dues or membership fees. This is not a pyramid scheme. This is not a sect. It isn't even a hierarchy.

There are, however, respected requirements and a clear context. And, it is a Path. Paths work according to their own protocol and the laws of Transformation.

It only makes sense to apply to the Possibilitator Training tribe if you have already participated at least one official Expand The Box training (not a Practice Expand The Box) and in addition, are so inspired that you commit to yourself at the level of participating enthusiastically in a multi-year evolutionary Path that includes at least 10 Possibility Labs.

An authentic transformational Path is different for each person - meaning Possibilitator Training is NOT a program with a curriculum. This Path adapts to you because you are unique.

Typically, in the time you are doing your 10 Possibility Labs with various Lab Trainers of your choice, you will also do your 3-3-3 Practice, join or create a weekly online-or-offline Possibility Team, participate and then possibly deliver Rage Club, or Fear Club, watch the 100 recommended films often with others in your 3Cell, read the 50 recommended books perhaps in your Study Group, and earn thousands of Matrix Points in the StartOver.xyz matrix-building free-to-play massively-multiplayer online-and-offline thoughtware-upgrade personal-transformation true-life adventure-game, contexted in Radical Responsibility. You will become an Experimenter.

Most of these activities are done collaboratively in Teams with other Possibilitators from around the world. Some of these activities require monetary exchange. We are noticing that the biggest challenge during Possibilitator Training can be the next culture financial commitment - which involves a radical shift in your financial world. The shift is that you stop being an 'employee' and instead you become someone who can receive money in exchange for your Archetypal Lineage services. How is it allowed that you receive money for something so rewarding?

Making this shift will be how you come into enough money to fund your healing and evolutionary Path, and the rest of your life coming together around that. We ask you to go through whatever Emotional Healing Processes are necessary for you to becoming willing to receive money in exchange for contributing your Value.

The Universe wants you to evolve. Will you let E.C.C.O. help you?

WARNING: Why do we say it will cost you everything? Because we have seen Possibilitator Training in action, in one form or another, since 1975. From this direct experience we can tell you this: it works.

What does that mean 'it works' ?

It means that it changes you.

What does 'it changes you' mean?

It means that who you were before (any amount of uninitiated, wounded, victimy, adolescent, adaptive, powerless, reactive, voiceless, numb, isolated, arrogant, terrified, revengeful, manipulative, sneaking, despairing, resentful, cramped up, shut-down, hopeless, contaminated, etc...) gradually ends, and gets replaced by something far less civilized and far more skillfully human. Whatever parts of this de-civilization process occur in you are known to be irreversible. Expanding consciousness is a one-way road.

In Possibilitator Training you sacrifice 'the old way' that you have been living. You consume it as transformational fuel. You Compost Yourself.

In other words, what we mean when we say 'it costs you everything' is that the world will work different for you after those 10 Possibility Labs. Your old Survival Strategy will lose its grip on you in the same way that an empty chrysalis holds no more power over a Cicada after the Cicada climbs out of the shell and takes off flying.

What Possibilitator Training Is

'POSSIBILITATOR'?

To be clear, the verb 'to possibilitate' means 'to render possible'.

This term was first recorded in writing in the The Quarterly Review: Principles of Elementary Teaching, January/April 1829, page 134 edited by Sir John Taylor Coleridge et. al.

A 'possibilitator' is, therefore, 'one who possibilitates'.

The term 'Possibilitator', spelled with a capital 'P', signifies 'a possibilitator who consciously Possibilitates in the service of Bright Principles, and in the Possibility Management Context of Radical Responsibility'.

As a Possibilitator you prepare yourself to become a triple-intersection, that is, the space through which three archetypal forces collaboratively coincide:

Your Archetypal Lineage
Earth Coincidence Control Office (E.C.C.O.), and
Archetypal Love.

If you want to head for something like that, then you are in the right place.

A PATH, NOT A PROGRAM

Each person's pathway through Possibilitator Training is unique.

Your Path has a beginning: your first Expand The Box training. But it has no end. As it is written, "There are many paths up the Mountain, but there is no Mountain."

Therefore, the top of the Mountain can never be reached.

This is good news. It means there will always be something interesting to do next!

And from the first moment on, there are only Possibilities.

A RESEARCH AND EMPOWERMENT PATH

Possibilitator Training is not looking to be empowered by what you already know or have learned elsewhere. Rather Possibility Training is a research and empowerment space that supports YOU to bring your skills, knowledge and gifts to others in the world through building out your own Gaian Gameworld.

We do the research through making Discovery Journeys together into entirely new territory. This research is not about relying on anyone's previously learned knowledge or expertise. Together we Navigate Space to the actual cutting edge of the evolution of human consciousness on Earth, and then we stay there at that edge and document whatever we can.

Discovery Journeys are 'swasheen' (meaning: 'the ecstasy of nonlinear creative collaboration'. It is an Archiarchal word...). Discovery Journeys are swasheen because Possibility Training is Teamwork. We are all in it together.

There are no 'teachers', 'gurus', or 'guides' who have already been there and 'educate' you about their previous experiences.

This is new territory. NOBODY has already been there.

The Circle of Possibilitators in Training is a Coalition Of Mutual Endeavor. We empower each other to deepen and refine our skills by jacking-in to extraordinary Clarity and Resources. As a result of your new inner and outer resources, you build your Circle, navigate your Team, Make Legendary Doorways so others can find you, and then deliver what you came here to deliver.

Possibilitator Training is for those interested in learning to apply the tools, thoughtmaps, distinctions and processes of Possibility Management in any specialty you wish, yet we go on this expansive journey together. The Team is made up of others around the world who have also committing to the 10 Possibility Labs, so you can count on their commitment to this part of their Transformational path just as they can count on you.

You will be in projects and 3Cells, which are Teams of 3 people from around the world checking in with each other, caring about how it is going, sharing discoveries, celebrating both victories and frustrations exchanging caring Feedback and Coaching with peers.

You will discover how to Hold and Navigate a safe place for someone else to step forward and take the risk of making even a safer place for you to unfold into. The potentials and discoveries that emerge are completely available for everyone to use for the rest of our lives.

AUTHENTIC ADULTHOOD INITIATORY PROCESS

Modern culture banished Authentic Adulthood Initiatory Processes some 6000 years ago. We long ago forgot how deeply handicapped we are, yet something deep in us still yearns to live into something more real than what western culture calls 'success'.

Since 1975, small private Teams of edgeworkers turned themselves into Experimenters and have been researching together, documenting what works and does not work. Out of this has slowly emerged a solid collection of Tools, Distinctions, Thoughtmaps, and Processes for everyone to use. This is Possibility management, thoughtware for next culture.

These are not some philosophical set of concepts to think about. These are actual bridges from the edges of modern culture to regenerative next culture - Archiarchy - thriving in a context of Radical Responsibility.

In next culture, authentic adulthood initiatory processes are at the center. Growing up and beginning adulthood is the currency that has value. Each one is called to unleash and ignite their Archetypal Lineage and serve the village with the Nonmaterial Value Service you came here to provide.

3 PHASE TRANSFORMATIONAL EMOTIONAL HEALING PROCESSES

Are there blocks and internal barriers to deal with? Yes. Many. There are layer after layer of blocks and barriers. But not too many.

And digging through your Underworld is not the Purpose. The Purpose is to help each other escape from the 8 Prisons, relocate your Point Of Origin into the Present, in a small NOW, Centered, Grounded, Bubbled, and Connected.

The wounds we carry or try to hide from childhood, from being born into a capitalist patriarchal empire, from not being seen, from our deeper needs not being acknowledged, these we have found ways to use as Doorways for Emotional Healing Processes.

We call this 'Transformational' Healing because instead of trying to take the disease out of you, we take you out of the disease. When you are 'Transformed', the disease won't fit you anymore. This is 3 Phase Healing which works hand-in-hand with Thoughtware Upgrades and Authentic Adulthood Initiatory Processes.

Once you have been through a Process yourself, you have the internal references to navigate this Process for others.

You keep what you learn. Then you carry the Seeds of next culture... Archiarchy.

DISTILL AND ACTIVATE YOUR BRIGHT PRINCIPLES

Human beings are designed to directly interact with the archetypal energies of the Universe without intermediaries. One of these energies is Bright Principles, the splinters of Archetypal Love and raw consciousness at large.

You have pre-selected a set of 3 to 6 Bright Principles to serve in this life. If you do not know what they are, your actions are fuzzy and your aim is inaccurate. As we work to distill your Bright Principles from your life so far, you gain a rare opportunity. You gain the opportunity to be your Destiny in action now.

These forces of nature become allies of intelligence and energy you can call into your work spaces to facilitate what you need to create there.

Being aligned with archetypal forces of nature turns out to be not so bad a way to live.

DECONTAMINATE YOUR ADULT EGO STATE FROM GREMLIN, CHILD, AND PARENT

Many of the distinctions and procedures we use from Possibility Management are still unseen by the captains of industry, politics, finance, education, medicine, psychology, and religion. Yet they have already been discovered, refined to an incredible degree of precision, and are available for you to use.

The idea that each person lives inside of a self-made Survival Strategy guarded by their Gremlin yet waiting for something transformational and real-beyond-measure to occur around their 18th year but it never comes... is completely foreign to modern cultures. But it is not foreign to you.

Yet without the clarity of fiercely navigated Processes that put you face-to-face with your Shadow World and your Unconscious Purposes, Adulthood will continue to evade you for your whole life. Why? Because as a child you figured out a sure way to protect yourself. If you mix your Gremlin Ego State into your Adult Ego State, then no one can touch you. Or if you banish your Gremlin so thoroughly then you can be a 'nice boy' or a 'good girl' forever, even still to day.

Yes, these tricks work. You did survive. But your Gremlin Ego State (or Child Ego State, or Parent Ego State, or all three...) are still mixed in with your Adult Ego State, and you are blocked from being simply present. You cannot enter relationship, because the space you are supposed to occupy is already filled with something else. You aren't there. A part of you knows that you are only putting on a show. Nobody talks about this, and nobody can do anything about it. Until now.

If you do not Decontaminate your Adult Ego State, you are also blocked from entering the Archetypal Domains. You won't even have a taste of 5 Body Intimacy Journeys. Possibilitator Training heads straight there, and step after step the changes happen.

ESCAPE FROM THE 8 PRISONS - EXIT THE PATRIARCHY

Without realizing that you are in a prison, you will have no impulse to try to escape it.

If no one succeeds in escaping a prison you will never consider that escape might be possible.

You are born into 8 Prisons, nested one inside the other, and will remain there until you escape from them, thoroughly, one at a time. Look around. Once you know that the Prisons exist and how they work, you can see how everyone you know is locked down under these same restrictions.

Eight layers down in there is where you are, tiny, terrified, invisible, crushed, suffocating, indifferent or hopeless. It has gone on like this for decades. Since everyone else has the same afflictions you cannot know how handicapped you are. Where do you even start?

It is possible to escape the 8 Prisons, to escape the patriarchy, but not alone. Escaping the 8 Prisons is Teamwork.

PREPARE TO JACK-IN TO YOUR ARCHETYPAL LINEAGE

One of the most fantastic notions about being a human being is the chance to become a tripe intersection between Earth Coincidence Control Office (E.C.C.O.), Archetypal Love, and your Archetypal Lineage.

Modern culture teaches us nothing about these things. That does not mean are not relevant, important, and utterly cool. It means modern culture is running on very outdated Thoughtware.

You can take Radical Responsibility for updating your thoughtware.

This was the original impulse for Possibility Management to come into existence: to discover how to become something that has access to more than ordinary Possibility as a service to your Village.
